All components are fresh and crispy, which makes for an excellent start to a steak house meal. We also ordered a side of sauerkraut, but if you have bacon left over, go for the spatzle, which comes with red cabbage. All these ingredients are in a blue cheese dressing, garnished with a generous dollop of olive oil and a dash of red wine vinegar.
